Hi, I’m Kat — Buddhist meditation teacher, energy guide, certified hypnotherapist and the voice behind Spring Tigress.
This space grew from my own journey — one that began with energy work, then rooted itself in Buddhist lineage and deep silence, and later unfolded through feminine wisdom, hypnotherapy, and spiritual channeling.
I’ve sat in meditation halls and boardrooms. I’ve held grief in my hands and guided others through the quiet storms of awakening. What I know is this: when we live from presence — embodied and aligned — we become powerful, clear, and deeply real.
